There is a an Urgent Need for Catholic Resources in Most Correctional Facilities

As we approach Giving Tuesday, we are reaching out to you with a special appeal on behalf of our brothers and sisters behind bars who write to us each week requesting our materials.

Giving Tuesday is a global day of philanthropy held on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. This year, it’s Tuesday, November 28.

At Dismas Ministry, we believe in the transformative power of faith, and we are committed to providing Catholic spiritual resources to those who request them. The theme for this Giving Tuesday is particularly poignant, as we focus on addressing an urgent need for Catholic materials in correctional facilities. We hear from prisoners weekly about the lack of Catholic resources in their facilities.
